- 3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Place rhubarb in bottom of unbaked pie crust.

2Mix sugar, flour and salt together.

3Sprinkle over rhubarb.

4Stir gently to coat.

5Mix beaten eggs and melted butter together.

6Pour over rhubarb.

7Bake at 400° for 40 to 50 minutes.
