- 3 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- few grains salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Wash and dice unpeeled rhubarb and mix with sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg.

2Beat eggs slightly, add milk.

3Combine with rhubarb mixture.

4Place in pie shell and dot with butter.

5Bake at 400° for 50 minutes.

6Make one single crust 9-inch pie pan.
