- 3 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- cookie crust
Directions

1Cook rhubarb

2and sugar together until done.

3Add jello and mix.

4Whip evaporated

5milk and lemon juice and fold into cooled jello/rhubarb mixture.

6Use your favorite cookie crust in the bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour mixture over crust and refrigerate.

7Serves 12 to 15.
