  • 10 c. sliced rhubarb
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 3 boxes Jell-O (strawberry)

Directions

    Cook the rhubarb and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves. Boil hard for 10 minutes. Add the Jell-O and boil 3 minutes. Skim and put in jars.

    Seal.
