- 5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
Directions

1Mix rhubarb, sugar and pineapple and let it stand a 1/2 hour. Bring slowly to a boil and cook for 12 minutes.

2After it starts boiling, remove from heat.

3Stir in the dry gelatin.

4Stir until dissolved.
