  • 3 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut fine
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and salt.

    Add to beaten egg yolks.

    Add rhubarb and mix all together.

    Put in pie shell.

    Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until done.
