  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 4 c. cut rhubarb
  • crust for 10-inch shell and lattice topping

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour; add water and mix eggs in well.

    Add rhubarb last and let stand until pie crust is ready.

    Turn into a 10-inch pie shell and arrange lattice strips on top.

    Bake at 400° until brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
