  • 1 qt. rhubarb, cut into pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten

    Spread rhubarb over the bottom of crust.

    Mix flour, sugar and salt; then add beaten eggs and mix well.
