  • pastry for 2-crust pie
  • 2 1/2 c. rhubarb, sliced
  • 3/4 c. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • dash of cinnamon (optional)

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients together.

    Put in unbaked crust and cover with top crust.

    Brush pastry with a little cream and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until nice and brown.
