Rhubarb Pie

  • 7 1/2 c. rhubarb (frozen)
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • premade or self made crust (top and bottom)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450°.

    Thaw out rhubarb (squeeze out juice). Mix sugar and flour together.

    Mix rhubarb into flour-sugar mixture.

    Poke holes in bottom crust with fork.

    Put mixture into crust.

    Slice butter and put pats on top of pie filling.
  7. 7
    Put top crust on and put steam holes in it.

    Cook for 15 minutes.

    Turn down oven to 350° and cook 1 hour.
