Rhubarb Pie

- 7 1/2 c. rhubarb (frozen)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 stick oleo
- premade or self made crust (top and bottom)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Thaw out rhubarb (squeeze out juice). Mix sugar and flour together.

3Mix rhubarb into flour-sugar mixture.

4Poke holes in bottom crust with fork.

5Put mixture into crust.

6Slice butter and put pats on top of pie filling.

7Put top crust on and put steam holes in it.
-
8Cook for 15 minutes.

9Turn down oven to 350° and cook 1 hour.
