- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- double crust for 9-inch pie
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar.

2Add egg and raw rhubarb.

3Coat well. Put mixture in pastry lined 9-inch pie plate.

4Cover with crust. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350° and bake for 35 minutes or until done.
