  • 3 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • double crust for 9-inch pie

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar.

    Add egg and raw rhubarb.

    Coat well. Put mixture in pastry lined 9-inch pie plate.

    Cover with crust. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350° and bake for 35 minutes or until done.
