- 1 1/4 c. salad dressing
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- vanilla frosting
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing at medium speed or mix until well blended.

2Stir in carrots and walnuts.

3Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
