- pastry dough, for two crust 9-inch pie
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 13 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 14 cup molasses
Directions

1Prepare 1 pastry lined pie plate.

2Place the rhubarb into the plate.

3Mix the dry ingredients and place on the rhubarb.

4Beat together the egg and milk, pour over the pie.

5Drizzle the molasses over the pie.

6Cover pie with pastry, prick and cook at 450F for 30 minutes, the 375F for 40 minutes.
