- 3 c. rhubarb
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Wash rhubarb.

2Cut in 1/2-inch pieces.

3Set aside.

4Combine sugar, flour and eggs.

5Add to rhubarb; mix thoroughly.

6Pour into prepared 9-inch pastry lined pie pan.

7Cover with top crust. Brush with mixture of 1 tablespoon milk and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.

8Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes.
