- 1 to 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. rhubarb, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour and salt.

2Add beaten eggs; mix with rhubarb and pour into large unbaked pie crust.

3Dot with butter and cover with dough strips.

4Bake for 15 minutes at 450°; reduce heat to 375° and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer until rhubarb is tender.
