- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 4 c. scalded rhubarb
Directions

1Cover rhubarb with boiling water for 10 minutes and drain. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and then combine with rhubarb.

2Pour into crust and cover with top crust.

3Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, then 30 minutes at 325°.
