  • 2 to 3 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together. Add egg. Beat thoroughly and add rhubarb and pineapple. Bake 10 minutes at 425° and reduce to 350°. Bake approximately 35 more minutes or until golden brown.
