- 1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar together. Add egg. Beat thoroughly and add rhubarb and pineapple. Bake 10 minutes at 425° and reduce to 350°. Bake approximately 35 more minutes or until golden brown.
