  • 3 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    To greased baking dish, add rhubarb.

    Smooth evenly.

    Mix sugar, eggs and flour (thick) mixture.

    Pour evenly over rhubarb. Add butter.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
