  • 4 -5 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 18 12 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 34 cup butter, sliced
  • Cool Whip, for garnish

Directions

    Mash the first 4 ingredients together.

    Pat into the bottom of 13x9 pan.

    Sprinkle with the cake mix.

    Arrange butter slices over the top.

    DO NOT STIR.

    Bake at 350* for 50 minutes.

    Cool, dollop with Cool Whip before serving.
