  • 2 1/2 c. rhubarb
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, dissolved in hot water
  • 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Cook rhubarb with sugar and water until tender.

    While still hot, add strawberry jello and stir, then add pineapple and nuts. Cool and refrigerate.
