- 4 c. juice (rhubarb)
- 4 c. water
- 1 pkg. pectin
Directions

1Cut rhubarb.

2Cover with water.

3Cook until tender.

4Strain and save juice.

5Combine juice, water and pectin.

6Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat.

7Add 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry jello.

8Stir well to dissolve.

9Pour into hot jars to seal.

10Makes 3 pints. Good for pancakes and topping on ice cream.
