  • 3 c. rhubarb, cut
  • 10 marshmallows, cut
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Put rhubarb, marshmallows and sugar in shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over rhubarb.
