  • 2 cans (17 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (16 oz.) French style green beans, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 35 Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Combine corn, green beans, soup, sour cream, salt, onion, green pepper and celery in a bowl; mix well.

    Spray a 9 x 13 inch microwave-safe casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

    Pour in vegetable mixture.

    Mix margarine and cracker crumbs together in bowl.

    Sprinkle over vegetables.

    Microwave on high for 9 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.

    You can also bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
