  • 2 strips Back ribs
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning
  • 1 bottle BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Lemon

Directions

    Remove membrane from underside of ribs. (I usually run a knife down the middle and work my fingers under the membrane. Once started the membrane should pull off easily.)

    Season ribs with salt and pepper or use chicken and rib spice.

    Heat up BBQ and sear ribs for several minutes on each side.

    Cut ribs into serving sizes and place in slow cooker. Squeeze lemon juice over them and place in the fridge overnight.

    Pour your favourite rib sauce over the ribs (cover ribs but keep some of the sauce to add later) and either bake at around 200 F or cook on high in the slow cooker for 6-8 hours. Baste with BBQ sauce in last hour.
