  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Bake ribs on rack at 450° for half hour.

    Drain off fat. Sprinkle on seasoning.

    Finish baking at 350° for 1 hour.
