- salt
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Measure rice into 2-quart saucepan with tight fitting lid. Add water and salt.

2Cook until it boils up high; lower heat, cover and cook 15 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.

3Let it steam a few minutes and serve.

4Serves 5 to 6.

5This works with any amount of rice; just double the water to keep it in proportion to the rice.
