Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 c. long grain rice, cooked
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. sliced raw cauliflower
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, chopped
  • 5 oz. frozen peas, cooked and chilled
  • 1/2 c. sliced radishes

Directions

    Cook rice; toss with French dressing and chill for several hours.

    Combine mayonnaise, onion, salt, mustard and pepper.

    Add to chilled rice and toss.

    Add chopped ham, cauliflower, peas, celery and radishes.

    Toss again.

    Put in a scooped melon shell, if you want.
