Rice And Ham Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. long grain rice, cooked
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. sliced raw cauliflower
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. French dressing
- 1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 lb. fully cooked ham, chopped
- 5 oz. frozen peas, cooked and chilled
- 1/2 c. sliced radishes
Directions

1Cook rice; toss with French dressing and chill for several hours.

2Combine mayonnaise, onion, salt, mustard and pepper.

3Add to chilled rice and toss.

4Add chopped ham, cauliflower, peas, celery and radishes.

5Toss again.

6Put in a scooped melon shell, if you want.
