- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 chopped jalapeno peppers
- 3 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 2 bags of herb season dressing
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except herb seasoning and refrigerate. Put herb seasoning in food processor and blend until smooth. Roll rice in small balls. Pour herb seasoning on aluminum foil. Roll rice balls to cover all in seasoning. Deep fry balls until golden brown. These balls can be frozen.
