- 1 pt. Cream of Rice
- 5 ripe bananas
- 3 Tbsp. fresh grated ginger
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mash bananas in pan.

2Pour in the pint of Cream of Rice and stir.

3Add the ginger, baking powder and cooking oil.

4Stir again until it becomes light.

5Grease the baking pan; pour in the mixture.

6Bake at 400° until it turns brown.

7Allow it to stay in the oven for about 5 minutes before removing from oven.

8Take it out of oven and serve.
