Rice Cake (“Kok”)

- 600 g rice
- 500 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 200 g raisins
- 30 g vanilla sugar (with vanilla flavor)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (grounded)
- 1/2 teaspoon clove (grounded)
- 2 tablespoons rum
- water
Directions

1Cook rice in just a little salted water until half cooked. Usually 1 cup rice = 2,5 - 3 cup water. When half cooked remove from heat.

2Do not drain the rice, add all ingredients, and stir well. Put everything into a baking pot (grease the pot with butter and add some flour to prevent sticking).

3Bake it on 180°C for 40 minutes.
