- 1 c. rice, cooked
- 1 box frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Saute all the ingredients, except the rice.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix together with cooked rice and 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese and 1 can cream of mushroom soup.

4Grease a large casserole dish with butter.

5Put ingredients in dish; sprinkle additional Cheddar cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

7May be put under broiler for a few minutes afterward.
