- 3/4 can water
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can mushrooms (juice and all)
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced thinly

1Brown rice in butter.

2Put all remaining ingredients in greased casserole, cover tightly and cook 1 hour in a 350° oven. Stir several times while cooking.
