Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced mushrooms; add water to make two cups
  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions

    Mix together. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Stir about half way through baking.

    Can be servied as a fried rice substitute adding thinly sliced fried whipped egg, green onions and/or toasted, slivered almonds.
