  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 or 2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Directions

    Combine rice, sour cream, hot pepper sauce and 1/2 cup of grated cheese.

    Spoon into a buttered 1-quart baking dish.
