Rice Cooked with Corn

- 180 ml Uncooked white rice
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Corn on the cob
- 10 grams Butter (optional)
Directions

1Wash the rice and let it soak in water for about 30 minutes.

2Cut the raw corn on the cob in half.

3Stand it upright and use a knife to scrape off the kernels.

4Place the rice from Step 1, the sake, and the salt into the rice cooker bowl.

5Add water until it reaches the appropriate measurement line and lightly stir it all together.

6Add the kernels of corn to Step 3 and place the cobs on top.

7Cook as usual.

8Optional: Once cooked, mix in some butter and let it steam for 5 more minutes.
