Ingredients
- 3 medium pieces of cod, or fish of your choice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 vegtables of your choice
- 1 cup chicken broth, or water.
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash rice until water is clear.

2Add to rice cooker, and follow rice cookers directions to cook rice.

3You may add vegetables, but be sure to accommodate with a bit more liquid.

4While rice is cooking prep fish by seasoning and placing on foil covered steam rack that comes with rice cooker.

5If your rice cooker doesn't have one, just use foil, and fold sides to prevent oil from leaking out onto rice while streaming.

6Place fish on rack during the last two to three minutes of rice cook time.

7Cover, and cook.

8If you don't have a rack fold sides of foil and place directly on top of rice.

9How many minutes will be determined by the size of your filet.

10When timer goes off carefully remove fish from on top of rice, scoop out desired amount of rice, and lay your filet over rice.

11Serve with your choice of vegetables, and additional seasoning.
