Rice Dressing

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 medium jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2 cans beef bouillon

Directions

    Saut onion in margarine. Place remaining ingredients in large casserole. Stir in sauteed onion. Mix well. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir well. Cook about 40 minutes longer at 300°. Serve hot with any meat. Serves 6 to 8.
