Ingredients: 1/4 lb lean pork; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 lb lean beef; 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper; 1/2 lb chicken gizzards(optional); 1 tsp. cayenne; 1/4 c. vegetable oil; 1 1/4 tsp. sweet paprika; 1 c. chopped onion; 1 tsp. dried mustard; 2 Tbs. finely minced garlic; 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper; 1 tsp. ground cumin; 1/2 c. chopped celery; 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves; 1/3 c. thinly sliced scallion tops; 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves; 2 Tbs. minced fresh parsley; 2 Tbs. water; 2 bay leaves; 3 c. boiled rice; 2 Tbs. flour
