- 1 c. rice
- 3 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions; cool slightly.

2Add egg whites and 1/3 cup Parmesan to rice; mix well.

3Set aside. Combine Mozzarella, Ricotta and remaining Parmesan.

4Brown meat and drain.

5Add spaghetti sauce and oregano.

6Layer in 3-quart casserole; top with 2 tablespoons Parmesan.

7Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

8Serves 6 to 8.
