  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme, undiluted
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup, undiluted
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced

Directions

    Combine all ingredients; stir well.

    Pour into slightly greased 2 quart baking dish.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done.
