  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 12 chopped celery
  • 2 cups water
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

    Put first 5 ingredients into sauce pan.

    Cook covered until tender (aprox 15 mins.

    mix soup, broccoli and cheese together.

    Add rice mixture.

    Stir.

    Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.

    Cover.

    Bake 350 F oven for 40 - 50 minutes.
