- 2 c. Riceland rice
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in a saucepan.

2Add rice.

3Braise well until butter starts to bubble.

4Dissolve bouillon cubes in 4 cups water. Mix together with rice in a 2-quart casserole dish.

5Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
