- 2 c. rice
- 1 c. medium egg noodles
- 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 cube butter
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Stir-fry noodles in oil until golden brown.

2Remove remaining oil.

3Add rice and chicken broth.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Cut butter into pats and place on top.

6Cover pan with tight fitting lid.

7Bring to boil.

8Turn heat down to simmer.

9Let cook until all broth is absorbed and rice is done.
