- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1/4 c. orzo or vermicelli, in 1-inch pieces
- 1 c. clear chicken broth
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Directions

1Brown until golden the orzo in margarine.

2Add rice, broth and water.

3Bring to a boil and lower to simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed into rice.
