  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1/4 c. orzo or vermicelli, in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 c. clear chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter

Directions

    Brown until golden the orzo in margarine.

    Add rice, broth and water.
  3. 3
    Bring to a boil and lower to simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed into rice.
