- 2 c. chopped celery or 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 c. dried onions
- 4 1/2 c. raw rice
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 10 1/2 c. chicken broth, heated
Directions

1Melt butter in 4-quart saucepan over medium heat.

2Add rice and saute, stirring constantly until golden brown.

3Place in roasting pan.

4Combine all other ingredients and pour over rice. Cover lightly.

5Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

6Let stand 15 minutes.

7Fluff with fork before serving.
