- 1 c. rice
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 c. water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- salt
Directions

1Brown rice in margarine. Add chopped onion and saute for a short time.

2Meanwhile, heat water with beef bouillon cubes until cubes are dissolved. Add salt.

3May cook on top of stove or in oven.

4If cooking on top, bring rice mixture to a boil and turn to lowest setting after stirring once with a fork.

5Keep covered until done (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).

6If cooking in oven, use 350°.
