Rice Pilaf With Almonds

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 1/3 c. beef broth
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine for about 5 minutes.

2Add rice; saute 3 minutes.

3Add broth, salt and raisins and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.

4Stir in almonds and parsley; fluff with fork.
