  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced thin
  • dash of nutmeg

Directions

    Mix together ground beef, uncooked rice, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Form into small balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place in a covered baking dish.
