- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. milk, scalded
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Mix first 5 ingredients.

2Add scalded milk and butter.

3Add a dash each of cinnamon and nutmeg.

4Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

5Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until mixture is firm.
