- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 or 3 c. milk
- 1 can Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- cinnamon to taste
Directions

1Mix and cook rice with 2 cups of milk, gently and slowly so the rice and milk do not burn.

2While cooking, stir slowly and add the condensed milk bit by bit.

3If the rice does not expand, add more milk as needed.

4Sprinkle cinnamon to taste when the rice is tender.

5Rice should be left moist.

6Serves 6.
