Rice Pudding

  • 2 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 or 3 c. milk
  • 1 can Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • cinnamon to taste

Directions

    Mix and cook rice with 2 cups of milk, gently and slowly so the rice and milk do not burn.

    While cooking, stir slowly and add the condensed milk bit by bit.

    If the rice does not expand, add more milk as needed.

    Sprinkle cinnamon to taste when the rice is tender.

    Rice should be left moist.

    Serves 6.
